These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Beta Investments Global Inc., a company registered in Belize with registered office at Suite 102, Ground Floor, Blake Building, Corner Eyre & Huston Streets, Belize City, Belize ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the blocklens.co website and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service interface.

Blocklens provides professional-grade blockchain data analytics and on-chain intelligence services, including but not limited to:

• Real-time on-chain data analysis and visualization
• Blockchain network metrics and statistical indicators
• Holder analytics and supply distribution insights
• Custom alerts and notifications
• API access for programmatic data retrieval
• Research reports and data intelligence

The Service is a data analytics tool provided for informational and research purposes only. Blocklens provides blockchain network data and statistical analysis — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing section
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beta Investments Global Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content: By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETA INVESTMENTS GLOBAL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beta Investments Global Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Notice.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you have access to our API services, additional terms apply:

• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
• Commercial redistribution of API data requires explicit written permission
• We may suspend API access for violation of these Terms or excessive usage

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belize City, Belize for the resolution of any disputes.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Belize Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or court order
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall remain in effect.
